The Center for Teaching and Learning founded the CTL Fellows program in the 2012-13 academic year. The CTL Fellows program is for Trinity faculty who want to undertake a big pedagogical experiment. For example, the seven members of the inaugural cohort of CTL Fellows redesigned courses, tried out whole new approaches to their classrooms and their students, and applied new research in their disciplines and in the literature on teaching & learning. Through a colloquium that gathers once per month throughout the academic year, they will share ideas, challenge each other\u2019s assumptions, and support the bold re-thinking all of them are doing about themselves as teachers.\u00a0 At the end of the academic year, the CTL Fellows present the outcomes of their projects to the campus.<\/p>\n
