Harvard Forest is great. Two short hiking paths teach you about land use history and forest evolution. The paths are lined by numerous experiments. The entire forest seems to be wired and labelled.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/envs\/files\/2013\/08\/HF_labels1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-367\" src=\"http:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/envs\/files\/2013\/08\/HF_labels1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a>Which is probably just a sneaky way to show all our tax (NSF) dollars at work. The rest of the forest, away from the trails, is probably completely full of trees. :-) .
