Wendy Salto, a Chicago Posse Scholar, is an anthropology major with a minor in writing, rhetoric, and media studies. She is a first generation college student. Currently, she holds executive roles for both the Mill and La Voz Latina. Moreover, she is a member of the Moveable Joints Improv group on campus. She also works at Trinfo.Café. This past summer she worked with the Public Humanities Collaborative at Trinity working with Voices of Migration Oral History Project in collaboration with the Hartford History Center. In addition, through a new training offered through Trinity this summer, she became a certified mediator through a social justice lens.
