On Tuesday, November 11—Veteran’s Day—Trinity College held a ceremony to honor and celebrate America’s veterans, including those who are College employees and Trinity alumni. “Trinity College honors American veterans this day, and especially thanks our staff and alumni who have served our country,” said President Joanne Berger-Sweeney in her remarks during the ceremony.

Trinity College employees and alumni participated in the ceremony through song, poems and prayers, and offering their perspectives and experiences as American veterans.

Ceremony participants:
Allison Read, college chaplain; Luther “Luke” Terry ’67, member of the Board of Trustees; Elizabeth Wilde, associate director of alumni relations; Megan O’Brien ’14, program coordinator for the Office of Spiritual Life; Brian Killian, campus safety officer; Lanteben Williams (“English”), facilities monitor for Ferris Athletic Center; and Michael Petitpren, director of facilities.
