The Trinity Chemistry Department prides itself on a personal approach to learning.\u00a0 We offer small classes where you get to know your professor and your professor gets to know you.<\/p>\n
Our curriculum provides a solid emphasis in all areas of chemistry:\u00a0 analytical, biological, inorganic, physical and organic.\u00a0 It also emphasizes independent, critical thinking.<\/p>\n
We encourage and support students to undertake research, both during the academic year and the summer months, and we allow students to start doing research as early as their first year at Trinity.\u00a0 The Trinity Chemistry Department also possesses and operates an impressive collection of modern instruments for chemical analysis, and our students get hands-on experience with these instruments in their courses and in their research.<\/p>\n
