But we ended the semester\u00a0with a <a href=\"http:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/colorandmoney\/assignments\/reflective-change-essay\/\">first-person reflective essay<\/a>\u00a0that asked students to dig deep into a more personal\u00a0question:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Has our Color &amp; Money seminar \u2014 and your experiences as a first-semester student at Trinity \u2014 changed how you think about race and\/or social class? If so, how has it\u00a0changed, and why? Can you trace these changes back to specific moments in our seminar, or during the past three months at Trinity or in the Hartford area?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Furthermore, these reflective essays were written for the public web.
