Through evaluations of ethnicity ranking 1 to 5 (one being Caucasian and 5 being <em>Native American<\/em>), each applicant is then put through a series of tests ranging from how high they scored on the ACTs, SATs, GPA, and other such tests. Finally I add into the equation extra curricular activity; when it&#8217;s all finished I am left with percentages and numbers out of five that I use to each students advantage or disadvantage.
