Having Equity or Mission Statement in the district or student handbook is an essential element of creating a critically pedagogical educational environment for students and staff that is well established and supported.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>School districts that are defined below, all published a strong equity or mission statement, or have a section of their handbook dedicated to denouncing discrimination of any kind.
