Having a this policy or programs that support the values of the district in place is a critical variable establishing a critical pedagogy in schools.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Through the research and analysis process we concluded that some school districts have done a great job handling this responsibility and others have failed to establish such a standard.
