An Internet-Based, Ecological Research Opportunity
for Middle and High School Science Teachers
July 1 to August 18, 2013

This Trinity College research examines how human activities influence the ecology of scavenging wildlife. Its citizen science program is entirely Internet-based, so you can participate from home or while traveling, by identifying and counting wildlife in images taken remotely at compost piles at the experiment’s field site in eastern Connecticut.
A webinar will provide instruction, and via a social network, participants will learn about this research and related ecological concepts.
