Hager continued work on his project \u201cThe Epistolary Culture of the U.S. Civil War,\u201d while Hubert\u2019s stipend supported her work on \u201cLatin American Fictions of East Asia.\u201d Trinity was one of five institutions with two stipend recipients, joined only by Brandeis University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
