The Bantams, under the direction of\u00a0NESCAC Coach of the Year\u00a0Wendy Bartlett in her 31st season, defeated Cornell 9-0 and Pennsylvania 5-4 in the Howe Cup Quarterfinals and Semifinals, respectively, before suffering a 7-2 setback against host Harvard University in the finals. Junior Kanzy\u00a0El Defrawy closed the season with her third-straight appearance in the CSA National Singles Championship A Division (Ramsay)\u00a0Finals, while Bantam senior co-captain Natalie Babjukova captured the B Division (Holleran)\u00a0title with a 3-0 triumph over junior teammate Sachika Balvani.\u00a0El Defrawy and first-year Raneem Sharaf were honored as\u00a0CSA First Team All-Americans, while fellow rookie Julia LeCoq was a CSA Second Team All-American and sophomore Anna Kimberley received All-American Honorable Mention recognition. El\u00a0Defrawy was named as NESCAC Player of the Year for the third consecutive season and joined Kimberley and Sharaf on the All-NESCAC First Team, while senior co-captain Ashley Tidman and\u00a0LeCoq each\u00a0graced the All-NESCAC Second Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEN\u2019S SQUASH<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1916\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/reporter-spring2015\/files\/2015\/05\/Miled-Zarazua.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1916\" alt=\"Miled Zarazua\" src=\"http:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/reporter-spring2015\/files\/2015\/05\/Miled-Zarazua-300x255.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/reporter-spring2015\/files\/2015\/05\/Miled-Zarazua-300x255.jpg 300w, https:\/\/commons.trincoll.edu\/reporter-spring2015\/files\/2015\/05\/Miled-Zarazua.jpg 508w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Miled Zarazua<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Trinity\u2019s men\u2019s squash completed another historic\u00a0season, finishing\u00a0with a 20-1 record, winning its ninth consecutive NESCAC Championship title, and capturing the CSA National Team Championship (Potter Trophy) title for the 15th time in the last 17 years.
