This month, Trinity College students, faculty and staff gathered on the Cave Patio for the 12th annual Take Back the Night march and rally. In addition to speakers President Jimmy Jones and Assistant Football Coach Lew Acquarulo, students read survivors’ testimonies, marched through the library and down the Long Walk, performed a cappella and gospel music, introduced the Male Ambassadors program and ended the evening with dancing to “Break the Chain,” the One Billion Rising anthem performed globally on February 14, 2013, to honor the power of survivors.
