Trinity College Environmental Science students recently took a field trip to Utah, where they had the opportunity to learn about desert environments, water management, management of natural resources, and the role of public entities in public land management. Students and accompanying faculty also discussed geology, botany, vegetative zones, the link between climate and vegetation, and of course some survival tactics, such as how to cook over an open fire.
