Students taking Music 312, an upper-level course for music majors, recently took a trip to see Tosca at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.  Marisa Tornello ’15, who has grown up in an opera-loving family, took leadership in the endeavor, organizing the event for the class.  The group took in what Professor Gail Woldu called an “absolutely stunning” performance, before enjoying lunch together at P.J. Clarke’s, directly across from Lincoln Center.  In addition to Prof Woldu, Tornello, and her father, students on the trip included Marc Alexis ’14, Destin Dopwell ’15, Paloma Irizarry ’14, Malcom Moon ’15, Drew Rider ’14, and Taylor Wilkins ’14.
