Between games against UMass-Boston and Babson College on Saturday, the Trinity men’s ice hockey team visited Perkins School for the Blind where they were given a tour of the school and learned about the history of the institution.  They also took part in interactive activities, learning what some of the challenges that visually impaired individuals go though on a daily basis.  “It was a truly valuable experience for our players,” said Head Coach David Cataruzolo, whose parents are both legally blind and have worked at Perkins since 1960.  For a 2008 Hartford Courant article on Coach Cataruzolo and his parents, click here.
