Participants are asked to remember an increasing number of tasks. They are asked to remember to complete tasks at various times that gradually overlap with one another.

The words in bold are spoken to the examinee. The time indication on the left side show the gradual increase in time. The Notes/Comments section is for writing the exact action or words of the examinee. The scoring section is explained on the top. The score 0-2 indicate the accuracy of the examinee.
