This is great work, Marquise! I’m wondering how much crime-related media people consumed in general (and the variability). Maybe lifetime exposure to crime-related media could be another way to get at these consumption effects?

This is such an interesting study and a really important concept to think about. As someone who enjoys crime shows like you mentioned, it is interesting to think about how the representations of different races and genders affect our biases everyday. I enjoyed watching your study and thank you for doing all of this hard work to better our campus community both on and off campus!
