This instrument is also located in Clement 122. It is a standard dual beam UV-visible spectrometer. Students utilize this instrument in the labs for Analytical Chemistry (Chem-311), Instrumental Methods of Chemical Analysis (Chem-312), Physical Chemistry I (Chem-309) and Physical Biochemistry (Chem-316). At one point or another, research students in all the groups will use this instrument.
