This TIFO focuses on Football Against Racism in Europe or the FARE Network. The FARE network is a dedicated group of NGOs, player Unions and Leagues which act to erase racism from soccer through campaigning and events throughout Europe. FARE focuses many of its efforts in Central and Eastern European countries where racism at football events has become an increasingly prevalent issue.

I think this organization is wonderful. It is an excellent find. I think this TIFO demonstrates how a cultural value, such as football, can be used to combat the ills of society. This method of ending discrimination has more teeth as it uses what is incredibly valued almost entirely throughout Europe to end horrors. This appeals to a wider ranger of recipients and has a greater psychological impact.
